Alright, I weigh in today at...drum roll...191. I lost 2 pounds this week! And it wasn't easy, either. I really had to resist some good food. And completely drink water all week. Also, not eat after 9:00 PM. I have always eaten after 9, so that's a hard habit to break.
But I feel better, and confident that I can make it the rest of the way.

Congrats Adam!! The first 2 lbs are the hardest! If you'll tweak your diet a little and not eat anything after supper it will help. I'm a huge snacker after supper so I know how hard it is. Not eating after 9 is good, but not eating after 7 is better. :)
yay good job Adam! Those are all really good things you're doing. Just take it slow, nothing drastic! One thing I like doing is eat almonds in the afternoon. They have lots of protein and keep you full for awhile. ;-) good luck! you can do it!
